Return and Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the unique and handmade nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our artwork to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@SouthBeachPhotographer.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged item and every side of the packaging box.
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Please note that we may require the damaged item to be returned to us.
Custom Orders
Custom or commissioned artwork is non-refundable and cannot be canceled once the creation process has begun.
